What We Would Have Missed

The facts are starling concerning how many pregnancies are terminated, babies aborted, because of discovered 'syndromes' or 'defects'. Did you know that 90% of babies diagnosed with down syndrome are aborted?

The justifications for it are all to similar.
"I didn't want to bring a child into this world to suffer..."
"What kind of life would they really have...?"
"It's not fair for them to be so different, they wouldn't live a normal life..."

The real question here is, "What is normal anyway?" and "Who doesn't suffer?"

God makes no mistakes.

Psalm 139: 13-16
For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.

My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,

your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me
were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
